Customer Service Manager

Main job responsibilities:

  • Conducting negotiations with clients
  • Preparation of proposals, correspondence by mail
  • Building long-term partnerships with clients
  • Document flow control

What we expect from job seekers:

  • Higher education (preferably)
  • Experience in advertising (marketing, sales) or related activities (preferably)
  • PC knowledge at the level of an experienced user (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of English is a bonus
  • The desire to develop in the field of advertising and marketing
  • Active life position, focus on results, developed communication skills, ability to work at a high pace, positive thinking, ability to convince, stress resistance
  • Experience working with large amounts of data (desirable)
  • Responsibility, ability to work in a team, learnability
  • Timely execution of tasks set by the management
